Our chef Jürgen Perlinger was born here in Carinthia where the pleasure is at home. He perfected his culinary art in famous destinations as St. Moritz and Berlin (Hotel Kempinski on Kurfürstendamm) to find his style. Since 2006 he bewitches our guests with his culinary creations and contamination of tastes border.

Our pastry chef Michaela Neumayr comes from East Tyrol and her desserts are not only a pleasure for the eye but also for the palate. She worked in very famous restaurants on Arlberg, Kitzbühel, Lake Wörthersee and in Switzerland. Here art has been recognized by Gault Milleau and Jacobs with the gold bean. We are happy that she is part of our team since 1994.
